My recent stay at Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa surpassed all expectations. Eddy at the reception provided exceptional service, swiftly resolving an error on my part with grace and kindness. The newly built rooms were fabulous, featuring a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. The indoor to outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, offering bubbles and jets for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's proximity to the Gare and port, along with the impeccable concierge service arranging last-minute tickets to a sold-out ice hockey game, truly set Royal Savoy apart as one of the best 5-star hotels I have ever experienced worldwide.
